Dr. Vivekanand

Vivekanand is an Associate Professor cum ‘Ramalingaswami Re-Entry Fellow’ (Highly prestigious fellowship-DBT, GoI). He was awarded a grant from ‘The Royal Society of Arts and Sciences’ University of Gothenburg Sweden. His group mainly focuses on bio-renewable fuels by innovative bioconversion technologies. It involves wide range of bioprocessing, pretreatment, enzymatic saccharification, and characterization of biomass for enhancing bioenergy production. He was working as senior postdoctoral research scientist in Sweden and Norway (8 years) and has published >147 SCI international peer-reviewed papers (>8137 citations, h-index 52), 30 conf and 30 book chapters.
