Dr. Vivekanand

Vivekanand is an Assistant Professor cum ‘Ramalingaswami Re-Entry Fellow’ (Highly prestigious fellowship-DBT, GoI). He was awarded a grant from ‘The Royal Society of Arts and Sciences’ University of Gothenburg Sweden. His group mainly focuses on bio-renewable fuels by innovative bioconversion technologies. It involves wide range of bioprocessing, pretreatment, enzymatic saccharification, and characterization of biomass for enhancing bioenergy production. He was working as senior postdoctoral research scientist in Sweden and Norway (8 years) and has published >138 SCI international peer-reviewed papers (>6840 citations, h-index 46), 30 conf and 10 book chapters.
